This is for when I say things like 'anti-oxidants, and 'free-radicals'. Ok, I know most people will probably know what they are, but do you REALLY know what they are? Like, you know that anti-oxidants = good, and free-radicals = bad, but why??

Free-Radicals - Free radicals are atoms, molecules that have only ONE electron. These molecules then find other molecules with TWO  electrons and attaches its self to them, damaging them. This process is very bad for your skin, and leads to wrinkles. Free radicals are found nearly everywhere in our environment, from UV rays, cigarette smoke, and just general pollution in the air. Free radicals are also made when you breath, so the more you breathe, the more free - radicals are made in your body. Yes, I know, you can't stop breathing.

Anti-Oxidants -  Anti-Oxidants are chemicals that help in skin repair and strengthen blood vessels. They prevent the oxidation of other chemicals, because the normal process of oxidation produce highly reactive free - radicals.
